Sandpiper Beach Club is a 5-story building with covered parking on the ground floor.  The top floor consists of five units and a sun deck.  There are six units on floors 2 though 4, and three units on the first floor. 

The tennis court is located above the parking garage and is accessed from the first floor.  The first floor also houses our game room and exercise / dry sauna facility.
